The Tideland Dynamic Content Processor has been developed to combine the ideas and the simplicity of a wiki with the possibilities of a live rendering content management system. Additionally the whole thing should be lightweight and simple. So the first major release based on Python has been developed. The current release is the
1.5.0.
But today there are more requirements for the markup language, for online editing and administration, for plug-ins, for searching, and for caching. Due to the now different markup language the whole system will be reimplemented - this time in Erlang.
